How to Solve FGTech Galletto v54 Installation error: DeleteFile failed

This blog will describe error “Delete File failed; code 5” when installing FGTech Galletto v54 and useful solution to solve this error. Sincerely hope to help someone met the same issue.

When i try to install FGTech V54 on Windows XP, the following message appear:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5.

Click Retry to try again. Ignore to skip this file(not recommend), or abort to cancel installation.

And chinaobd2 engineers gave me the advised solution:

1. The operation system should be windows XP.
2. Install FGTech V54 by following the video guide:

Notice: you should install FGTech V54 for twice time.
