Here are some DIY guides to set values for variable changes in BMW E-sys interface. Coding instructions includes four parts:

Halo – Angel Eye
Locks & Windows
iDrive and Engine
You need:
A low-cost ENET cable (DIY should be ok)
Working software (E-sys v3.22.5 and psdzdata v49.4)
Disclaimer:
All info here is suitable for BMW F30 and F31 models!
Coding values setup:
LED Turn Signal
Self-diagnosis regularly injects a current to check the presence of light bulbs. While not sufficient for a light bulb to lit, this will make the LED flicker at start-up and every 4 minutes when the engine is on. Self-diagnosis must therefore be turned off. Number of blinks can also be changed.
Halo – Angel Eye
Brightness can be adjusted from 0 to 100% in hexadecimal (0%=0, 25%=19, 33%=21, 50%=31, 66%=42, 75%=4B, 100=64). I chose 50%.
