Finally I bought the OP-COM adapter to diagnose Opel cars on advice of a forum member.
It’s a China clone opcom cable. The original OP-COM is 640 pounds!!
Came with latest firmware V1.59 and a small CD.

Remove the four screws on the OP-COM and unpack it, checked that all wiring connector inside soldered and soldering on the back side of the board without snot.
The biggest square chip in the center at the opcom USB interface – a controller PIC18F458 chip
Versions of the card should not exceed 5 – it can be seen from the inscription on it
The adapter itself has FTDI controller – it generates a code that identifies the communication between the adapter and the prog at the hardware level.
Op-com is connected to the diagnostic connector – if the well communication is built, the yellow indicator flashes, working.
Load it on a computer running Win XP 32 bit, run it as administrator (right click on the program icon and select the shield … Run as administrator). Software installation is 2 minutes’ work.
The clone opcom 1.59 comes with 2010.08(08/2010) software (same as opcom v1.45), rather then Russian or EU clone VAUX-COM 120309a.rar. Of course, English language only. Therefore, there is no way to update the firmware or software.
The biggest difference with opcom 1.49, opcom v1.35 is that it covers newer models. I went home and program new functions in BC of Vectra C 2014, OK. (Op-com v1.45 failed.) Other models not tested yet.
