ICOM A2 A3 Rheingold update to ISTA-D 3.56 ISTA-P 3.57

BMW ICOM 2015.12 version has been released, with ISTA-D 3.56.1.002 ISTA-P 3.57.2.002 without USB Dongle for BMW models.
