How to download/update/configure Foxwell NT530 scan tool

This is how to do with Foxwell NT530 hand-held scan tool when you use it for the first time.

Step 1: download foxwell assist setup

Go to Foxwell nt530 official site http://www.foxwelltech.us/

Then download FoxAssistSetup_V1.01.005.rar

Copy the file to Desktop when the download is done

Run FoxAssistSetup v1.01.005 app as admin

Accept th agreement, Next

Select destination location, Next

Select Start menu folder, Next

Installing…

Finish instllation of FoxAssist

Step 2: register a foxwell account

Register

Fill in the e-mail, verification code and password for registration

Step 3: update & activate Foxwell nt530

Sign in

You can stay sign in. No longer ask for info

Pls connect your Foxwell nt530 scan tool to the PC using a USB cable

Choose [update]

Press [enter]

Update in process, pls wait..

1. do not press any button before update completes
2. do not disturb the usb connectuion during te process of update
3. press [enter] to enter the main menu when update completed

Ggo to tab [activate]

Enter you sn to activate

Step 4: configure & download Foxwell nt530 program

 

Go to tab [download]

Press [enter] — re-enter the upgrade

The product comes with only one vehicle program

There is no vehicle software yet

It’s necessary to reconfigure a vehicle program

Foxwell nt530 programs available for:

Abarth, Acura, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, AU Ford, BMW, Chrysler, Ferrari, Fiat, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Holden, Jaguar, Kia, Lancia, Lexus, Land Rover, Maserati, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, MINI, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Porsche, Renault, Rolls-Royce, Scion, Seat, Skoda, Smart, Sprinter, Toyota, Vauxhall, VW

Select a vehicle program for the Foxwell nt530, then submit

Configure successfully!

All will be done

Then the Foxwell NT530 BMW is ready for use
