BMW 535Li 2014 160DOWT Odometer Correction by CG Pro9S12

Here UOBD2 share the guide on how to use CG Pro 9S12 to correct odometer for BMW 535Li 2014 160DOWT CAS4-5M48H.

Mileage value show 160033 km before operation

Disconnect battery

Remove instrument cluster

Disassemble the odometer dashboard to check the chip model “160DOWT”

Remove CAS module

Disassemble the CAS module to check the chip model “5M48H”

Remove the 160DOWT chip and install it on the M35080 adapter

Open CG Pro 9S12 programmer software to enter new odometer value “108221”

Then wait the process complete

Solder the wire harness(DB25 adapter) on the CAS module

Open CG Pro 9S12 to write the mileage value you want into CAS module

Now,install the CAS module and instrument cluster back,and the turn on vehicle to check the new mileage value.
